Customer Advisor
, where you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional support to merchants, card holders, and field staff across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Be the
first point of contact
for merchants, card holders, and field support teams
* Provide
1st line support
, including ATM fault handling and remote fixes
* Handle
complaints
and service issues with professionalism and empathy
* Monitor our ATM estate
in real-time to ensure uptime and reliability
* Manage inbound
calls, emails, and switchboard activity
* Record and log
all interactions accurately
* Support and collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and even Company Directors
* Get involved in
exciting projects
that shape the future of customer service

What You'll Bring:
* Five GCSEs (A*-C) or equivalent
* Experience in a customer service environment (phone or face-to-face)
* Great IT skills and confidence with learning new systems
* A professional and friendly telephone manner
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
