Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) Program Manager for its India transportation operations team. As a program manager, you will:
1. Serve as gatekeeper in assigned process areas for the change management process
2. Partner with tech organization on the business requirement documents (BRD)
3. Define the right process and work with operations to establish the right process path
4. Work with stakeholders to eliminate gaps in system and have a systemic fix of gaps
5. Demonstrate discretion in coordination of project scoping and selection to align with business objectives
6. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects
7. Audit completed projects to verify sustained impact
Key job responsibilities
This role calls for an individual who understands all aspects of performance impacting both internal and external customer experience. The individual will identify and drive initiatives to improve it, showcasing judgment and decision-making skills to create sustainable process paths for long-term customer experience improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
