We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented HRIS & Reporting Analyst to join our People & Culture team in Rhodes, NSW on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Remuneration, Benefits and Reporting, this role plays a crucial part in enhancing business performance through accurate data management and strategic insights. You will be the guardian of our HR data integrity, managing compliance reporting (including WGEA) and providing the metrics that drive our organisational effectiveness. What you’ll do HRIS Management: Act as the system point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors. You will manage configurations, user access, system upgrades, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy. Metrics & Reporting: Prepare and distribute a suite of HR metrics reports including workforce profiles, turnover, and diversity & inclusion statistics. You will use tools like Power BI to visualize data and generate actionable insights. Compliance: Lead the compilation and reporting of workforce data for critical external submissions, including the annual WGEA gender pay gap submission and pay equity analysis. Audit & Risk: Manage monthly data audits (SF to ECC) and prepare reports for internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance with employment laws. Remuneration: Provide data and analytical support to assist in the annual remuneration review and other remuneration activities. Stakeholder Support: collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and provide training to the P&C team on HRIS functionalities. What you’ll bring Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management and HR analytics. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is essential. Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel is highly regarded. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Trustworthiness: Complete trust and confidence from the P&C team and broader business in your ability to deal with confidential employee data. Analytical Mindset: The ability to analyse complex data to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
