To be successful for this role, you will show high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Understand future markets to find potential clients Develop Logistic Solutions tailored made to our customer needs Promote Rhenus Home Delivery and Warehousing services Meet with potential clients to determine their requirements Attend shows and exhibitions Stay current with trends and competitors Keep company CRM reports up to date (Microsoft Dynamics) Build and maintain professional networks Work alongside the commercial team to negotiate terms and contracts Respond to customer enquiries and prepare sales reports Skills To be considered for this role you will need: Experience in the B2C / B2B industry Proven track record of onboarding new clients Lead development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outgoing nature, to be able to fit in with the close sales team in a growing business Sociable, confident, true optimist, resilient, and multitasker Good listening skills and attention to detail A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good numerical and IT skills, especially useful would-be MS Office skills
