Financial Administrator
A Chartered Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Chester is seeking a motivated Financial Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in an IFA practice and an interest in developing towards a Paraplanner role over time.

Key responsibilities
13. Process new business for investments, pensions, mortgages, and life products
14. Manage client servicing tasks such as switches, withdrawals, and rebalances
15. Handle policy enquiries and updates
16. Provide administrative support including call handling, post, and greeting clients
17. Support advisers with accurate and timely documentation
Skills and experience required
18. Experience within an Independent Financial Adviser practice
19. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
20. Excellent organisation and time management
21. Effective communication and teamwork skills
22. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
23. Experience using Intelliflo (IO) and platforms such as Abrdn, Aviva, and Aegon is an advantage
