Job Title: EMEA Campaign Manager
Location: UK, Rugby (2 – 3 Days per week)
Reports To: Vice President Marketing & Digitization EMEA
Role Overview
The EMEA Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This role acts as the strategic connector between HQ, the EMEA regional team, EMEA Zones, and individual country marketing teams, ensuring consistent and effective campaign delivery across all four layers.
You will drive the end-to-end campaign process — from strategy and asset development to launch execution and performance analysis — supporting business objectives and brand growth throughout the region. We require a candidate with a strong digital capability.
Key Responsibilities
* 1. Campaign & Product Launch Planning – Own regional product launch planning and coordination, aligning global HQ strategies with regional and market needs.
* 2. Translate HQ product positioning and global campaign frameworks into actionable, regionally relevant go-to-market plans.
* 3. Develop and manage the EMEA campaign calendar, ensuring synchronization across HQ, Region, Zones, and Countries.
* 4. Define and execute integrated campaign strategies across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
* 5. Collaborate with global HQ and divisional marketing teams to adapt global concepts for the EMEA audience.
* 6. Provide guidance, frameworks, and toolkits to Zone and Country teams to ensure consistent and effective local execution.
* 7. Act as the central coordination point across all marketing layers — HQ, EMEA Region, Zones, and Countries.
* 8. Facilitate structured handshake processes to align launch and campaign priorities, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
* 9. Ensure continuous communication flow and feedback between local markets and HQ for optimization and knowledge sharing.
Campaign Assets & Execution
* Oversee the creation, localization, and rollout of campaign and product launch assets across EMEA markets.
* Ensure creative and messaging consistency with brand standards and technical positioning.
* Partner with digital, PR, content, and product marketing teams, as well as agencies, to deliver timely and high-quality campaigns.
Campaign Analytics & Optimization
* Define KPIs and monitor performance across all marketing channels and markets.
* Consolidate insights and provide regular reporting dashboards to HQ, regional, and local stakeholders.
* Leverage data to refine targeting, optimize campaign tactics, and inform future planning.
Qualifications & Experience
* 6–10 years’ experience in campaign management or regional marketing, ideally within B2B industrial, automation, or technology sectors.
* Proven track record of coordinating complex product launches across multiple regions and stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation in a technical B2B context.
* Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills across a matrixed organization.
* Analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
