Lexcel accredited practice in Norfolk is actively seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer 2-4 years' PQE or Legal Executive. The firm offer hybrid working, a generous holiday allowance plus lots more. Joining our client’s thriving office in King’s Lynn, the successful Private Client Lawyer will handle a busy caseload of private client matters, whilst proving to be eager to learn and develop their career.
Responsibilities
* Wills & probate
* Administration of estates
* Lasting powers of attorney
* Court of Protection matters
* Managing elderly clients’ financial affairs
* Inheritance tax issues
* Drafting trust documents
The Private Client Lawyer Candidate
* Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two up to four years’ PQE
* Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm
* Excellent client care skills
* Empathetic approach
* Ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
