Your new role: This position offers hands-on exposure to the financial operations of the insurance sector, providing a strong platform for progression into more senior roles. You'll build valuable technical expertise while playing a key role in the team's ongoing success. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing cash allocation processes and ensuring accuracy across multiple accounts Managing invoice preparation and approvals, including responsibility for reconciliations Working closely with Underwriters to prioritise Broker engagement and support collections strategy Reviewing and finalising binders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements Contributing to process improvements and supporting wider finance initiatives What you'll need to succeed: To excel in this role, you must currently be working within an insurance company in a credit control capacity, with a solid understanding of industry processes. You'll also bring strong ambition to advance your finance career, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
