Excellent opportunity for a Head of Engineering to join a well-established FMCG business in Scotland.
Our client is a fast-growing business who has multiple sites across the UK and have successfully maintained market leadership across their chosen categories for several years! They are now looking for a Senior Engineering professional who understands Engineering excellence and knows what good looks like, to help strengthen their Scottish operation.
As Head of Engineering, you will lead the engineering function in its entirety across three sites accountable for projects, site, budget, and strategy – driving three core pillars of design, deliver and run!
It will be the Head of Engineering responsibility for ensuring legal compliance across all sites, driving, and implementing the company planned maintenance strategy for sites using the company CMMS as a key tool, whilst delivering and improving KPI’s.
You will be a driving force of implementing continuous improvement across site ensuring an innovation culture across the engineering teams.
To be a success in this role you will need to be an influential leader and mentor to your department, developing your team through performance management and development plans as required.
To be considered for this role you will have several years’ experience at Chief Engineer / Head of Engineering level ideally within the FMCG industry. You must also have experience leading large teams across busy sites, managing budgets and the engineering strategy.
