About the Role
As a HR Business Partner at Mecsia Group you will work with the Chief People Officer and the wider Executive team to strengthen our culture and support our growth. This is a great role for a generalist HR Business Partner who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and building strong relationships with the various Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams across our multiple businesses.

* HR advice and guidance
* Talent Management and Career Planning
* TUPE and Mobilisations
* Social Value Projects
* Bid Support
* HR System implementation
* Organisation Design
* Culture change and employee engagement
Key Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in FM, retail, engineering, property management, outsourcing, B2B or automotive industries
* Experience in a national remote‑based role
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 7 (desirable) or demonstrative experience MCIPD
