The Sales Support Specialist will contribute to the DFS process to enable the success of our commercial partners and distributors through world class customer support. The role involves building strong business relationships, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring high standards from order receipt to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
2. Process customer orders and inquiries.
3. Coordinate with planning and production for delivery schedules.
4. Handle financial holds, credit notes, and liaise on financial queries.
5. Monitor order progress and communicate with customers regarding shipment dates.
6. Arrange shipments and prepare export documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Export declaration, etc.).
7. Manage documentation for Letters of Credit.
8. Coordinate with freight forwarders.
9. Support internal and external customer inquiries.
10. Maintain 5S, standard work, and process adherence.
11. Report daily KPIs.
12. Participate in RCCA and process improvements.
13. Handle special projects as needed.
