Full-Time Vicar for White Cross Mission Community

The White Cross Mission Community would welcome an ordained priest of the Church of England, who as the Vicar of our 6 parishes will make a difference within our communities, working with us to achieve our vision.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Can communicate a living faith, based on scripture and biblical understanding.
2. Can lead with energy and enthusiasm.
3. Can continue to strengthen the bonds between the churches of the Mission Community whilst maintaining respect for their individual differences.
4. Has experience of developing ministry to families, young people, and children.
5. Is warm and empathetic.
6. Will establish a visible presence within the various local communities.
7. Help us to make a positive difference in our communities.
8. Enable appropriate and sustainable pastoral care.
9. Continue to develop relationships with our schools and all children’s groups in the Mission Community.
10. Guide us in our Mission Action Plan.
11. Continue to develop our services to meet the ever- changing demands of modern society and look to innovate whilst maintaining our core values.
