We're looking for an experienced Network & Security Engineer who can design, implement, and operate the network and security estate here at L3Harris. You'll bring experience, drive, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology.

What the role will involve
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
10. Operate within an Agile environment
11. Provide technical leadership within a collaborative team
12. Contribute to the wider team to design, implement and operate secure networking capabilities
13. Proactively maintain the network and security hardware, applications, and services
14. Respond to incidents, requests and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues
15. Implement planned Change across all the devices and services under the management of the team
16. Respond to emergency situations and perform effective troubleshooting during major incidents as required
17. High degree of documentation skills, for creating and maintaining design and operational documentation, Change documentation, Runbooks, Test plans and any other operational documentation as required
18. Management of Control, Audit and Risk routines
19. Participate in the team on-call rota
What you'll bring
The role requires the following experience and skills:
20. Strong knowledge of all round infrastructure technologies
21. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, to respond to shifting priorities, and to work efficiently under pressure
22. Significant experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama in a global environment
23. Hold a PCNSE or PCCSE certification or equivalent in experience
24. Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent experience.
25. High level of understanding and experience with OSPF and BGP
26. Micro-segmentation principles and technologies
27. Zero Trust principles
28. Experience with Wireshark or other packet capture tools to analyze traffic
29. Significant experience troubleshooting voice and video network traffic
30. Experience with M&A activities across network and security services
31. Experience of Clearpass and/or other NAC solutions
32. Experience with multiple connectivity technologies including DIA, MPLS and DWDM
33. Experience with wireless technologies
34. Strong communication and presentation skills
35. Passionate in creating a collaborative, caring and safe environment for all teammates to succeed
