Your New Role (Responsibilities):
* Lead strategic HR partnering across a complex, evolving organisation.
* Drive and support with organisational change processes (TUPE, Restructure ect).
* Collaborate with Regional Directors to embed a new people strategy.
* Champion wellbeing and cultural transformation initiatives.
* Navigate unionised environments and diverse terms & conditions.
* Influence and support change in a multi-site setting.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering.
* Strong background in organisational change, TUPE, and restructure.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage pushback effectively.
* Experience in unionised settings and navigating complex T&Cs.
* Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional regional travel.
Benefits
* Salary: Up to £55,000
* Hybrid working: 2 days in Manchester office, 3 days from home (flexible).
