You’ll be part of our Group Legal team, working closely with our Group Brand and External Affairs teams to support strategic initiatives, partnerships and sponsorships. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our brand is represented across markets, while helping us deliver on our purpose. Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Provide strategic and operational legal advice to support brand-related initiatives Lead on intellectual property and brand protection matters, including trademarks, copyright, media, sponsorship and influencer agreements Support cross-border partnerships and complex international transactions Develop and implement smarter legal processes and governance frameworks Act as a key escalation point for complex legal queries Stay up to date with legal developments and best practice Manage external legal advisers and mentor junior team members What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: A qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience and a strong, established professional track record Has deep expertise in IP and brand protection, ideally in a global context Has strong experience in commercial law and managing senior stakeholder relationships Communicates clearly and simply, even when things get complex Is confident negotiating and building consensus across teams Is highly organised, self-motivated and able to lead projects independently Brings a global mindset and a strong customer focus Is a team player who thrives in diverse, collaborative environments Operates ethically and in line with Bupa’s values Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
