We are currently looking for an immediate Office Manager to join a corporate firm based in the City, this is paying £15 hour. This is a large Facilities company which has several locations in central London. This is a temporary role which will last 6-8 weeks and requires previous Office Manger experience and will need someone who is immediately available. This company has a great culture with lots of open work spaces and events. The role Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed Helping establish and maintain office procedures Assisting senior management team when needed Dealing with staff recruitment Attending seminars and training The person Previous Office Manager experience in a corporate setting Reliable and punctual
