Job Description
Are you passionate about sports or excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you'll be a vital part of the Entain family, providing top customer service and maintaining high standards daily in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. No two days are the same, and you'll contribute to a team that wins together and prioritizes our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you'll serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business. Are you ready to launch a successful career?
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Promote safer gambling practices.
* Take bets on various sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards set targets and goals.
* Maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed.
Working patterns
Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 24 hours, consisting of a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, which will vary weekly. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We believe in work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications
* You must be 18 or older to work in our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
