We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Headteacher of a thriving secondary school in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced school administrator to assume a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Role Details:
* Job Title: PA to the Headteacher
* Location: Enfield, North London
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Full-time, long-term

Responsibilities Include:
* Providing professional and confidential administrative support to the Headteacher
* Managing the Headteacher’s diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
* Handling sensitive correspondence and communications
* Preparing reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings
* Liaising with staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Headteacher
* Supporting wider school administrative tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience working in a school setting (this is essential – applications without school-based experience will not be considered)
* Previous experience in a PA, Office Manager, or Senior Administrator role
* Exceptional organisation, communication, and time-management skills
* The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Confidence using school MIS systems and Microsoft Office packages
* A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
