We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join us on a 3 year rotational graduate scheme starting September. Our graduate schemes are all about developing our future talent. You’ll work within our core business teams, supported every step of the way with structured training, mentoring, and the chance to make an impact through exciting, real-world projects. This programme gives you broad exposure to a large, dynamic business and real industry insight. It’s the perfect launchpad for your career, helping you progress toward managerial or specialist roles within finance and across the wider organisation. The role is hybrid, with an average of three days a week at our Morley office and two days working remotely, so you’ll enjoy flexibility while being part of an amazing team.

1. You’ll rotate around our Finance teams where you’ll work on business priorities and improvement projects.
2. You’ll get involved in different areas from accounting, commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence.
3. You’ll be hands on producing monthly and weekly management reports as well as carrying out a variety of other analysis and support work for the broader finance team and wider business.
4. You’ll be nurtured as part of the EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us.
5. You’ll have the support of a graduate “head of year” and mentors / buddies from across finance.
6. As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll study for a level 7 CIMA qualification. We’ll support you by paying for your exam fees and giving you study leave where you’ll gain the skills and experience you need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant and beyond!
What You’ll Need To Become an EVRi Finance Graduate:
7. A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
8. We do not accept CIMA exam exemptions. All Graduates would be required to complete the full CIMA course
9. A minimum Grade B (5/6) in Maths and English GCSEs.
10. Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people.
11. A keen eye for detail with a mathematical mind
12. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
13. Ability to manage the demands of the role as well as qualification requirements
14. Willingness to learn, curious and resilient.
15. Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite.
