Private Client Solicitor - 5 Years PQELewesUp to £60,000About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our clients respected and growing Private Client team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of private client work including:
o Wills and estate planning
o Probate and estate administration
o Trust creation and administration
o Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
o Inheritance Tax and succession planning
* Managing a complex caseload with minimal supervision
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering a proactive and empathetic approach
* Supporting junior members of the team through supervision and mentoring
* Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in private client work
* Strong technical knowledge of private client law and tax
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships
* STEP qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
* Commercially aware with a proactive attitude toward business development
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
