Location: Melton Mowbray HQ / Remote / On the Road (Min 1 day/week at brewery)

Full-Time | Permanent

Package: £35K-£45k base + bonus + car

Round Corner Brewing is one of the UK’s most awarded modern breweries. Rooted in the 1,000-year-old Melton Mowbray Market, we’ve grown rapidly since 2018 – and we’re not slowing down. We’re up 20% year on year and heading into our biggest year yet, with increased brewing capacity coming in 2026, new routes to market, and major new listings on the horizon.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager (who in time might grow into our Head of Sales) to drive the next stage of our growth - someone with strong drinks industry relationships, proven commercial background, and a love for connecting great beer with great customers.

Your mission:

Grow our reach, reputation and revenue by getting Round Corner Brewing beer into the right hands and keeping it there. You will:

* Build and grow direct sales in key regions: Midlands, North, M25 and London with clear plans and targets for each segment.Be out and visible in the market by default.
* Develop strategic on-trade and off-trade partnerships (including new national listings)
* Champion our core range and specials across draught and can
* Lead and develop a small, motivated sales team and collaborate tightly with logistics, production, marketing, and founders
* Own and evolve sales processes to deliver agreed strategy, pricing and forecasts and report on sales progress and how to drive further growth.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven sales management in craft beer, drinks or FMCG – including managing accounts, people, and plans (Minimum 2 years in beer/FMCG sales and ideally some strong sales management)
* Strong relationships with key on-trade and wholesale buyers (you’re seen as a peer even by our biggest customers)
* Commercial sharpness – you understand pricing, margin, planning and routes to market
* Builder's mindset – you thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments
* Positive energy – you rally people, solve problems, and muck in at festivals, events and launches
* Digitally capable – you’re at home driving value and automation from Breww, Sellar, Excel and a large variety of sales portals and routes to market.
* A clean UK driving licence is essential
