Location: Bannister's Restaurant, Boundary Outlet, Colne

Role Overview:
Working under the guidance of our Head Chef, the Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in overseeing food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the kitchen team, enforcing food hygiene and safety, maintaining equipment and inventory, and upholding quality standards. The Sous Chef will also participate in menu development and recipe testing alongside our Head of catering and Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Motivate and support the kitchen team to ensure effective daily operations.
2. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
