Our client, a long-established and trusted accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Harrow-on-the-Hill, Middlesex.
With a stable client base and consistent growth, they are now looking for an exceptional Admin Assistant for long-term support.
The Role will become a key point of contact, expertly managing day-to-day communication, resources and technical processes. Core responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming calls, correspondence and greeting visitors
* Issuing engagement letters and distributing documentation
* Processing mail, coordinating couriers and managing stock
* Diary management and arranging hospitality requirements
* Completing technical forms, databases and applications
* General admin - photocopying, scanning, filing, billing support
* Providing flexible administrative and secretarial assistance
The Ideal Accountancy Office Administrator Candidate
* Prior experience in an accountancy practice or professional services firm
* Strong communication and customer service focus
* Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise varied workloads
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Capable of working with technical systems and databases
* Professional, proactive and able to work independently
The Package
* Competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
* Private medical insurance
* Monday - Friday 9-5pm
