What You'll Do:
* Sparkling Cleanliness: Perform essential cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, ensuring that every corner is spotless.
* Sanitisation Excellence: Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other spaces to meet the highest hygiene standards.
* Supplies Management: Ensure that cleaning supplies are always stocked and ready to go. (We provide all the equipment and supplies)
* Customer Care: Respond to customer requests with a positive attitude and professional service.
* Safety First: Follow health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous domestic cleaning experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important. We provide full and ongoing training
* Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
* Positive Attitude: Whether working independently or collaborating with the team, you maintain an upbeat and can-do attitude.
* Customer Service Focused: Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to go above and beyond for our customers.
* Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, helping our team whenever and wherever needed during the day.
* Full UK Driving Licence: A valid full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
* Fluency in English: All training and communication are conducted in English, fluency is required.
