You will help customers choose the right bikes, accessories and hire options, while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. This role combines customer service, sales and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with bike & accessory sale and hire
Processing bookings, sales and payments
Responding to phone and email enquiries
Maintaining product displays and shop presentation
Supporting stock control and basic administration
Delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, organised and reliable
Retail or sales experience
Interest in cycling is an advantage
