Project Details
You will join teams working on key projects at Sellafield, part of the 20 Year PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to a unique site.
Role Responsibilities
1. Maintain and align relationships with subcontractors according to project plans and goals.
2. Attend meetings, issue notices to commence, and maintain logs for change and contractual notices.
3. Manage valuation and agreement of monthly payments, and prepare reports and final accounts.
Candidate Profile
Effective communication skills are essential, with experience in operational or strategic aspects of commercial contracts. Knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts is preferred. Relevant qualifications in Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and memberships such as RICS, CIOB, or CICES are desirable.
