Team Overview
The Performance Marketing Team is a data‑driven, world‑class group of analysts, strategists and data scientists. They develop and optimize marketing programs that increase customer lifetime value through measurable campaigns and channels. The team values learning, creativity and technology, and works closely with cross‑functional partners.
In this role, you’ll get to:
* Spearhead the development, execution and optimization strategy for emerging marketing channels.
* Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex data sets related to channel performance, user behavior and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
* Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
* Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze and interpret complex data using SQL, Tableau or other tools.
* Communicate findings, performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst role within tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
* Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
* Creative problem‑solving ability, adaptability and the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influence skills at all levels, including senior management.
