You will gain hands-on experience working with children and young people, making a real impact in educational settings. Role Overview: Supporting students in the classroom, helping with their academic and social development. Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who need additional support. Assisting teachers in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. Providing emotional and pastoral support to students, particularly those with SEMH or SEND needs. What We're Looking For: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A passion for working with young people and making a difference in their education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work flexibly in different school settings. A valid Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) or willingness to apply for one.
