About the Role As an Import & Export Analyst, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods across borders. Reporting to the Import and Export Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You'll manage import and export ledgers, handle queries, and provide essential documentation, all while working closely with key partners. Key Responsibilities * Export Management: * Prepare export paperwork, proforma invoices, and declarations * Complete export ledger * Liaise with external logistics provider for compliance * Import Management: * Prepare import paperwork for customs clearance * Issue re-import instructions * Liaise with suppliers * Complete import ledger and maintain customs documentation for auditing What We’re Looking For Essential Skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Experience in logistics (import/export) Preferred Skills * Sound knowledge of import and export processes * Knowledge of country-specific customs requirements * Experience dealing with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies * Knowledge of SAP & Excel Why Join Us?
