We have an exciting opportunity for a target-driven <b>Field Sales Executive</b> to join our industry-leading Field Sales team in <b>Hampshire</b>.</p><h3>Principle Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver on the businesss KPIs across Key Accounts Wholesale and Independent Retailers.</li><li>Build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.</li><li>Partner with retail Key Accounts, Independent and Wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory through the Key Accounts Operations Teams to Independent Retailers and key contacts within wholesalers, having value-add conversations to sell in new products to meet the customer’s identified needs.</li><li>Build customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers in the market and industry legislation.</li><li>Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area and ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best use.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities by having an enhanced knowledge of the category and shopper behaviour in-store.</li></ul><h3>Skills and Experience Required</h3><ul><li>Previous and/or current face-to-face sales experience within an FMCG business.</li><li>Experience in building face-to-face relationships and selling a product or service to retailers.</li><li>Able to set and meet self-stretching targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills, and proven ability to build rapport quickly.</li><li>A supportive team player with an understanding of wider team goals and how you can impact them.</li><li>Proactive, able to manage time and resources effectively; able to use initiative and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Annual salary of £38,000 per annum.</li><li>24% per year bonus opportunity.</li><li>Generous pension scheme.</li><li>Company car, phone and tablet.</li><li>29 days annual leave in addition to public and bank holidays, with an option to purchase additional holiday.</li><li>Other great benefits including a health and wellbeing scheme, discount scheme & share save scheme.</li></ul><h3>Field Requirements</h3><p>This is a field-based role and you will need to travel to your customers sites across all of Hampshire. Ideally, you should live in Portsmouth, Chichester, Southampton or surrounding areas to make travel easier. All candidates must hold a valid full driving licence.
