Key Responsibilities
* Creating, posting and managing recruitment job adverts using internal systems and platforms such as Indeed
* Managing applications within our recruitment CRM system
* Contacting and screening Care Assistant applicants
* Booking interviews and coordinating interview diaries
* Conducting initial recruitment interviews
* Conducting Offer Meetings
* Sending professional candidate communications and updates
* Processing DBS checks and reference checks
* Supporting onboarding administration for new starters
* Maintaining accurate recruitment and compliance records
About You
* At least 1 year experience in recruitment administration, recruitment coordination or HR administration
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Clear and confident communication skills (phone and email)
* Comfortable using databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy recruitment environment
* Professional, consistent, reliable and detail-focused
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, care or high-volume recruitment would be an advantage.
Additional Information
* Location: Pewsey (office based with hybrid working)
* Hours: 20 hours per week across 4–5 days
* Pay: £12.70 per hour
* Contract: 12-month maternity cover
* Start date: Immediate / quick start preferred
