* Leading, coaching and developing a sales team
* Delivering growth targets across your designated department/ specialism
* Designing, implementing and executing sales strategies that support various departments and the overall goal of the organisation.
* Using data to collaborate across other departments and stakeholders across the business
* Managing your own portfolio of clients, whilst developing external relationships.
Requirements:
* A strong background in people leadership
* Previous experience in the B2B Manufacturing Industry is Essential
* Excellent relationship-building skills - confident with both commercial and operational stakeholders
* A coachable, growth-minded individual who is adaptable to change
* Previous experience in managing relationships with high profile customers
