You’ll be screening students in Further Education with dyslexic tendencies, organising exam concessions, and supporting those with EHCPs. Qualified teacher (DET, PGCE or Certificate in Education). Level 7 SPLD qualified Assessor although experience as a Dyslexia Teacher with lower relevant qualifications would be considered. Two years successful experience of teaching students with specific learning difficulties. Experience of leading and managing a team, although not essential. Safeguarding Knowledge and understanding. Experience of a range of conditions and their impact on learning. The ability to adapt and engage with learners.
