About the Role: As the Global Product Training and Education Lead for Ostomy Care, you are responsible to diagnose, develop, validate, and deliver the Ostomy Care Product/Portfolio/Services training curriculum to the regional commercial teams in Convatec OC globally. Working in close collaboration with the Sales Forces Effectiveness (SFE) training and the Learning & Development teams, you will present the ostomy disease area and Convatec ostomy care products to the local SFE Training, Marketing and/or Sales teams locally. You are responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation, and execution of educational ostomy care content for speciality and non-speciality healthcare professionals for our Medical Professional Educational sites. Working in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing, and outside agencies, you will deliver on a roadmap for basic, advanced, and master-style education to be used globally. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Diagnose the training and education content gaps existing for the ostomy care and core product/accessories products • Develop the training content for Convatec ostomy care core and accessory product lines • Crystallize the value proposition of Convatec ostomy care products, in close collaboration with the Global marketing team members (Upstream/Product Management and Downstream/HCP, Consumer, Digital) • Deliver the product training curriculum, for Convatec commercial teams, either directly or through a train-the-trainer model • Deliver new educational content for speciality and non-specialty healthcare professionals • Deliver, if needed, the disease area training curriculum for newcomers in Ostomy care that are outside of traditional marketing roles • Contribute to intensify our Commercial team’s product knowledge and competitive benefits • Coordinate the Product training requests and activities globally, with the local cross-functional teams • You will work in partnership with the Medical Affairs team to build the scientific or disease-related content, as well as delivering it, if needed. • You will work hand in hand with the Sales Force Effectiveness team, in charge of the Commercial / Sales training curriculum, to fit into the existing training program of the sales teams across the world. • The training delivery would be either in person (in a Train-the-Trainer set up) or virtually through digital tools. This means that you will be flexible and able to travel internationally, if needed.
