Key Responsibilities:
* Create and plan menus tailored to the clients preferences and dietary restrictions.
* Prepare and cook meals using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
* Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and purchasing supplies as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Plan and prepare for special events or occasions as requested by the family.
* Communicate effectively with family members regarding meal preferences and schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience as a private chef or in a similar culinary position is essential.
* A culinary degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
* Strong creativity, allowing for the design of diverse and appealing menus.
* Excellent cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines.
* Strong organisational abilities and effective management of kitchen operations.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to family preferences.
Requirements:
* Permission to work in the UK is essential.
* A valid drivers license will be a bonus.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
* Must have reliable transportation for commuting to and from the residence for scheduled work hours.
