Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support the Reception team to consistently deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience.
* Oversee and work within the reception function, actively partaking in daily front‑of‑house duties including appointment booking, check‑in, and enquiry handling.
* Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Manage rota planning, staffing levels, and performance to maintain seamless service delivery.
* Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimise patient flow and service efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement in customer‑service standards, processes, and team development.
* Attend meetings and represent the Reception team as a Head of Department.
