Job title: Lead Flow Assurance & Process
Responsibilities:
* Resource Planning & Allocation: Monitor team workload projections, ensure resources are planned and allocated effectively across project phases from pre-FEED to execution, and support team capacity growth as needed.
* People & Competency Development: Identify skills gaps, create development plans, foster a proactive culture, and ensure team proficiency with necessary tools and software.
* Quality & Technical Assurance: Develop processes to support a strong technical assurance culture, work closely with the technical team, and promote proactive design review contributions.
* Continuous Improvement: Promote understanding of system interactions, seek efficiency tools, and lead initiatives to enhance team performance.
* Relationship Building: Establish relationships within product lines, industry, and with stakeholders to facilitate objectives and reputation building.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Degree in engineering (BEng or Meng), ideally Chartered Engineer.
Experience: Upstream oil and gas projects, field development, subsea engineering, multi-disciplinary collaboration, excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder interaction skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, collaboration, and communication skills.
Technical Skills: Understanding of reservoir engineering, flow assurance, processing technologies, and familiarity with tools like OLGA, PIPESIM, PIPEFLO, PVTsim, and HYSYS.
Managerial Skills: Technical management, coordination, and business case development abilities.
