Due to exciting growth, and a positive growing reputation in the sector, they are looking to hire this position into the team to support with all opportunities on the horizon.
As a result, it's a really exciting time for someone to join the team and grow as the business continues to progress. Our client is based in the BS7 area of Bristol and are very easily accessible. This role would be fully office based in a modern setting, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator will include but not be limited to:
* Managing all office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Handling all incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail.
* Scheduling meetings and ensuring all participants have necessary information, as well as attending the meetings to note take.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records, including employee records and tracking absences, holiday, office attendance etc.
* Supporting with compliance checks and data entry.
* Other administrative tasks as required by the wider office and team.
