Salary £40,000 to £44,000 per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical care to orthopaedic and musculoskeletal patients
Lead shifts and support the Ward Manager with day-to-day ward operations
Mentor and develop Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
Contribute to audits, clinical governance, and service improvement initiativesAbout You
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
Proven experience working on an orthopaedic or surgical ward
