About The Role The Contract Supervisor will be responsible for: Attending briefing meetings Working with the client and design teams to develop designs and or scope of works D elivering and scheduling works with direct labour and sub-contractors Complete Pre-appointment meeting with subcontractors Attending Pre Start meetings Dealing with design issues while on site Managing H&S on site Attending progress meetings and developing progress report for senior management and clients Liaising with the end users to make sure their kept up to date with progress and requirements Ensuring all works are completed to high quality Managing programmes Ensuring sign off of works first time Work alongside the wider Project Management Team to ensure works are delivered to the GRAHAM Standard and in a Safe and efficient way. Completing O&M manuals on completion of project/ Minor works Manage completion files and golden thread information in line with the Building Safety Act. Identify issues on site and report any observations About You Essential Criteria Demonstrate a minimum of three years’ experience as a fully qualified Maintenance Engineer Hold a suitable formal trade qualification relevant to a repair & maintenance contract Full UK Driving License C ompetent in the use of IT – Systems such a Work/ Project / Excel Desirable Criteria Demonstrate experience of mechanical maintenance & repairs works e.g. plumbing/engineering CSCS (or equivalent) site supervisor card IOSH / Health and Safety at work training A basic disclosure may be requested if security clearance is required by 3rd party clients and a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
