Solutions Engineer (Compute & Storage) | Cirencester | Hybrid
£60,000 base + 10% company performance bonus
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected infrastructure specialist delivering enterprise-grade compute and storage solutions for customers across the UK and globally. You’ll step into a senior, customer-facing role where your technical knowledge genuinely matters. You won’t be siloed into one function -instead, you’ll work across delivery, professional services, and consultancy-style engagements, shaping solutions and seeing them through from design to completion.
What you’ll be doing
* Installing, configuring, commissioning, and testing enterprise compute and storage solutions at customer sites
* Delivering complex programmes of work for customers worldwide, coordinating with internal teams and third parties
* Acting as a senior technical lead on projects and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers
* Supporting delivery across multiple functions including professional services, managed services, and technical operations
* Working closely with project managers and solutions architects to plan and execute successful customer deliveries

* Strong experience delivering solutions across HPE, Dell, Pure, and enterprise compute and storage platforms
* Solid VMware experience with strong backup and recovery knowledge
* Confidence operating in customer-facing environments with full ownership of delivery
