We’re pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join Children & Families, supporting multiple teams as a Senior Business Support Officer on a permanent contract. This is a full-time role, primarily office-based, with some flexibility for home working.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Team Manager to ensure the smooth and effective running of our service. You’ll help drive high performance and continuous improvement, supporting a team that is valued by both staff and stakeholders.
You’ll be working with Children in Care, Leaving Care, UASC, Placement Hub & Migration team, Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing day-to-day operations
2. Managing reception and site cover
3. Handling complaints and finance tasks
4. Supervising and supporting staff
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements
Key Skills and Experience
