Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:

* Full-time, Monday to Friday role

* Work closely with pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
* Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Adapt learning materials and tasks to meet individual needs
* Build positive relationships and promote pupils’ confidence and independence
* Collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists
* Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
* A 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
* Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
* Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with children or young people is a plus
* Patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to education
