Role Overview
Thirteen Group is seeking 2 Personal Wellbeing Coaches to join our Employability team in Teesside until 31st March 2026.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support and wellbeing interventions to a caseload of customers
* Conduct assessments and develop action plans with individuals
* Create a safe, trusting environment for effective support
* Deliver interventions including group work, IAG, advocacy, and coaching
* Build partnerships with external health and wellbeing organizations for referrals and joint initiatives
About You
* Experience engaging with participants via group sessions and one-on-one support
* Ability to prioritize and manage caseload effectively
* Experience working with diverse, complex service users, with skills in empowerment, empathy, motivation, and trauma-informed strategies
* Understanding challenges faced by individuals dealing with offending, addiction, and homelessness
