Recruitment Resourcer (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE
Locations: Hybrid (Office Epping 1-2 Days p/w)
Hours: Full time 08:00-17:00

WPRG Ltd is growing and we're looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team ! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility of hybrid working.
What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Proactively use job boards, networking and social media
Assessing candidate availability and suitability
Work towards individual and team targets
Once fully integrated, 1 week on call per month
What we're looking for from a Recruitment Resourcer:
Previous recruitment resourcer experience in a variety of industries
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long term relationships
Driven, resilient and motivated by success
Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
