As we expand, we are looking for a highly driven and passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and support the Head of Marketing & Technology across our Southampton, Winchester, and Guildford properties.
Your Role
As a Marketing Executive at Unilife, your creativity will be at the centre of everything we do. Your primary focus will be producing fresh, engaging, and authentic content that connects with students and parents across the UK and internationally. From creating campaigns to leading student-driven content initiatives, you'll help bring the Unilife brand to life online and offline.
Your mission is simple but powerful: create inspiring content that builds trust, sparks excitement, and positions Unilife as the number one choice for Luxury Student Living.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and deliver engaging content across digital platforms (social platforms, website, email, newsletters, and blogs), managing the content calendar to ensure consistent storytelling.
* Lead the development of student-focused campaigns that encourage user-generated content (UGC).
* Engage directly with students to capture their stories and experiences.
* Collaborate with students' ambassadors and residents to produce authentic content including video, photo, and testimonials.
* Work with the Operations team to market upcoming events by creating promotional materials, incorporating them into the social calendar, and attending events to capture fresh content.
* Represent Unilife at open days, housing fairs, and events, supporting brand presence and content opportunities.
* Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.
* Work with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) to create visually engaging assets that align with brand guidelines.
About You

What we're looking for:
* Marketing, social media, or content creation experience is desirable, but we're also open to candidates who can demonstrate creativity, initiative, and the drive to build a career in marketing and content creation.
* Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, with proven ability to create engaging posts, stories, and videos. We'd love to see examples of your work, whether that's a portfolio, past projects, or even content you've created for your own personal brand (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
* Confidence in working with students and capturing authentic User Generated Content.
* Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a creative eye for detail.
* Comfortable analysing content performance and applying insights to improve results.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* A full UK driving licence, to enable travel between properties.
We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about marketing and content creation but also eager to learn, confident in their ideas, and adaptable to new challenges.
Your Salary
* Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 per year.
* Bonus: 10% performance based - paid annually.
Our Expectations
* Full time: Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00).
* Due to open days, housing fayres and events, you may be expected to work outside your working hours.
