Your new company Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Thornton‑Cleveleys area, and we are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behavioural Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to a pupil with additional behavioural and emotional needs. Your new role In this rewarding long‑term role, you will work closely with a primary-aged child who requires consistent guidance, emotional support, and structured behaviour strategies to help them engage positively with learning.
