Overview
Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a Family Assessment Centre based in Stafford.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for ensuring services meet regulatory standards while providing effective leadership and direction to the team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management and regulatory compliance of the Family Assessment Centre.
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and assessment in line with Ofsted requirements.
* Lead, develop and support staff to achieve excellent outcomes for families.
* Implement quality assurance frameworks and service development plans.
* Manage recruitment, supervision, and performance of team members.
* Liaise effectively with social workers, local authorities, and external agencies.
* Ensure safeguarding practices are robust and consistently applied.
* Maintain accurate documentation and prepare for Ofsted inspections.
Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
* Experience managing a Family Assessment Centre or Children's Residential Service.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and family support frameworks.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
* Sound knowledge of current legislation and Ofsted standards.
