Zîn Meze Grill & Bar is looking for a confident and experienced Bartender to join our team. We are a stylish Turkish restaurant and cocktail bar focused on quality drinks, great atmosphere, and excellent service.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of classic cocktails (Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned, Mojito, etc.)
* Confident, energetic, and well-presented
* Experience in a busy bar environment
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Available evenings and weekends
Your Role:
* Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and drinks
* Engage with guests and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
* Follow licensing and health & safety standards
