Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.
Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Day-to-day delivery of projects ranging from £50K to £1M.
Developing the project management strategy and delivery Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects Attending and chairing meetings Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships Skills & Experience of the Project Manager: Relevant construction related degree Commercially astute with good negotiation skills Flexible and can work to deadlines Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects JCT and NEC experience Self motivated Client facing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary & Benefits: £50K
